What features come with my PeopleWhiz account?
All of our paid subscriptions come with unlimited background reports. Anyone you want to search, go right ahead - you’ll access their personal information, any aliases they may have, family members and known associates, contact info like address and phone number history, property records, criminal and arrest reports, and more. If you just purchased a single background check, you can always revisit PeopleWhiz and login to view your report.
How do I renew my subscription with PeopleWhiz once my term is up?
Your PeopleWhiz membership will be automatically renewed unless you cancel. If you do cancel for any reason, you’ll still have access to PeopleWhiz for the remainder of your term. When reinstating a PeopleWhiz account, simply login to your cancelled account, click reactivate, and you will once again have access to all of the previous reports you pulled.
How do I pay for PeopleWhiz?
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards issued in the U.S. are all accepted by us for payment.
How do I view a report I previously purchased?
On your personal PeopleWhiz dashboard, you’ll see an option to view previously purchased reports. Select the specific report you want to view and the stored files will load. If you’re not a current member but you previously bought and performed a background check, you should see an option to reactivate the account so you can upload the previously pulled report.
If I’m searching for someone’s criminal history, but don’t find anything, am I still charged?
PeopleWhiz charges for running the background check, not for the results that compile. That said, if no criminal or arrest records appear in your search target’s report, that could be a good thing. It may mean the person was arrested but not convicted, or arrested and released, or the criminal record itself was sealed or expunged. All of these are possibilities. If you have any questions regarding a search target’s criminal records or lack thereof, please don’t hesitate to contact us, 24/7.
How will PeopleWhiz’s charge appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will display our charge as PEOPLEWHIZ*COM.
I was charged by PeopleWhiz but I never signed up. How & why did this happen?
Payments are only processed by PeopleWhiz when someone visits our site and signs up for either a thly membership or single use background check. If you’re not the person who signed up, but your credit card was used to do so, please contact us by phone or email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There is always the possibility, and we only mention it because it does happen quite often, that someone else residing in your home used your credit card to sign up for our services. Along with calling us about the discrepancy, you may also want to ask around to family members living with you if they signed up for PeopleWhiz to run a check.
Can i get an invoice for my charges?
PeopleWhiz stores your billing history on your dashboard, making it easy for users to access. All transaction details are listed here, including charges for your account, services purchased, payment method used, and the date of charge. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your bill or payment history, please contact us here.
How do i cancel my PeopleWhiz account?
We hate to see you go, but we don’t want to make it hard for you to leave. The easiest way to cancel is to simply call our customer service with all of your membership details handy, and we can process your cancellation. If you don’t want to call, you can always email us with your membership details and cancellation request as well.
Does PeopleWhiz take site suggestions from members and site users?
We absolutely DO take suggestions from our site users! If you’re an active member of PeopleWhiz, you’ve likely noticed that we make constant updates and improvements to the site. Ideas and suggestions from PeopleWhiz members are always encouraged - you can contact us here, 24/7, to tell us what you’re thinking!
